  • Preparation of comprehensive operations training modules for ULB employees and local level agencies and preparation of the project plan and its monitoring
  • To catalyse, facilitate, manage and supervise the implementation of double entry accounting system on accrual basis
  • To assist in vendor selection process and prepare documents for 'Expression of Interest', 'Request for Proposal', ‘Vendor Evaluation Criteria’ etc and to select the vendor as per the norms finalized
  • To draft circulars, memorandums, letters and reports on behalf of the Government

  • To analyse and finalise Budgetary Reforms
  • To analyse and finalize structure for quarterly Balance Sheet
  • To analyse Balance sheet as per National Accounting Manual
  • To make presentation as and when required both within the State and at National level
